Location: The Blue Mountains
Join the team as a Seasonal Lift Operator at Blue Mountain Resort, dedicated to guest safety and satisfaction during the busy winter months. Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that welcomes all levels of skiers.
This position requires actively ensuring the safety of ski lifts while maximizing the guest experience. Responsibilities include helping beginner guests and maintaining operational standards for all lifts. Ideal candidates will bring a professional demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate ski lifts safely according to standards
• Help maximize capacity and guest enjoyment
• Assist beginner guests empathetically and efficiently
• Provide support and physical assistance to guests
• Ensure valid lift tickets are checked for all users
Requirements:
• Age of 16 or older required
• Strong public relations skills and friendliness
• Dependability and energy are a must
• Good physical condition for lifting and moving
• Calmness under pressure and quick judgment
Deliver exceptional service as a Lift Operator at Blue Mountain during the ski season.
