As a full-time Manager on Duty, you'll take charge at key locations like Blue Mountain Inn and Mosaic, overseeing staff management and guest services. Your ability to resolve issues effectively will be vital in maintaining high standards. Engage with hotel teams to implement successful initiatives and promote a culture of recognition and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily hotel operations for enhanced guest satisfaction

• Ensure smooth interactions between Front Office and Housekeeping teams

• Address customer feedback and staff complaints efficiently

• Cultivate service culture supportive of guest and employee needs

• Collaborate with maintenance for optimal facility conditions

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or business management

• Minimum 2 years in Front Desk or Housekeeping roles

• Exceptional communication and team engagement skills

• Ability to analyze and manage operational challenges

• Competency in computer tools and hotel systems
