As a Manager on Duty, you will oversee hotel operations at one of the four Blue Mountain locations. Collaborating with various hotel management teams, you'll ensure services meet high standards while inspiring your team towards collective success. This role encompasses daily operational oversight, guest interactions, and promoting a workplace of safety and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff performance with measurable success criteria
• Cultivate a guest-oriented service atmosphere
• Supervise seamless day-to-day hotel operations
• Tackle guest and employee issues with efficiency
• Upholding safety protocols with comprehensive training
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in hospitality or business
• 2+ years experience in Front Desk/Housekeeping
• Strong communication capabilities
• Experience in resolving complex situations
• Familiarity with hotel operating software
