Join Hotel Equities as a Night Auditor and provide exceptional service to guests during their stay. This role emphasizes professionalism and efficiency in front desk operations.
As a key member of the Hotel Equities team, you'll serve as the welcoming face for guests during nighttime hours. You'll manage arrivals, departures, and guest requests with accuracy while ensuring smooth hotel operations.
Your role is critical in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting fellow team members with effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly during their stay
• Process arrivals, departures, and guest requests accurately
• Resolve routine issues and elevate concerns to management
• Maintain accurate guest records and shift documentation
• Promote hotel services and opportunities to guests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
