As a Night Auditor at Muskoka Bay Resort, you will work the overnight shift, actively welcoming and registering guests while delivering outstanding customer service. Familiarity with hotel functions, rates, and surroundings is essential for responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Your role is crucial in maintaining the resort's esteemed reputation through professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and assign rooms to arriving guests
• Monitor emergency phone lines and respond promptly
• Be knowledgeable about resort services and activities
• Route special requests and follow up as needed
• Prepare audit reports and balance PM folios
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and cashier roles
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
