We’re looking for an experienced
** Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
** to join our Human Resources team.  In this role, you’ll be instrumental in fuelling our growth by managing full-cycle recruitment and helping us build a world-class workforce.  From sourcing to selection, you’ll connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across our manufacturing operations while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.  This position will work primarily onsite.

* What You Will Do:

*** Drive performance through recruitment analytics, monitoring KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
* Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring outcomes
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, strengthening employer branding, and driving talent acquisition innovation
* Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies
* Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
* Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers
* Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
* Contribute to broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects, providing recruitment expertise to advance overall workforce and talent strategies
** Qualification You Must Have:
*** Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 7 to 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments
* Solid analytical capability with experience leveraging recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements and inform hiring strategies
* Experience partnering with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance, influencing hiring decisions, and challenging assumptions when necessary to ensure strong talent outcomes
* Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure
* Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point
** Qualifications We Prefer:
