Become an Ontario HR Systems Application Specialist, focusing on the modernization of HR systems at a top industry organization. This role involves collaborative efforts to facilitate the migration from People Soft to SAP Success Factors.

As an HR Systems Application Specialist, your strong analytical abilities will be crucial in analyzing and recommending improvements for existing HR technologies. You will work with a diverse team across HR and IT, ensuring seamless integrations and system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from People Soft to SAP Success Factors

• Recommend optimization strategies for existing HR systems
