As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with management objectives s role involves overseeing recruitment processes, coaching leadership in HR practices, and ensuring compliance in a unionized environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will support employee engagement and workforce planning for operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes using the ATS system

• Coach management on HR policies and best practices

• Facilitate workplace investigations and resolve issues

• Support employee and labour relations initiatives

• Implement employee engagement and development programs

Requirements:

• Degree in business or human resources management

• 5+ years of HR experience in union environments

• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and functions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to exercise discretion and build relationships
