This role entails providing comprehensive HR assistance, from recruitment and onboarding to implementing key HR initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion. You will work closely with managers on employee relations and performance management while handling HRIS entries through Workday. Your involvement will significantly influence the workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for employee relations matters

• Recruit talent for front-line positions

• Lead onboarding and integration efforts

• Guide managers in performance and conflict resolution

• Coordinate HRIS tasks and generate reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing HR

• Familiarity with HRIS, specifically Workday

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Capacity to analyze data and propose solutions
