As a key member of the HR team, you will engage with management to strategize human resource initiatives that achieve operational effectiveness s role entails managing recruitment activities, providing guidance on employee relations, and handling compliance within a unionized framework. Leverage your communication skills to foster a strong, collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding activities

• Coach Casino management on HR policies and practices

• Conduct workplace investigations efficiently

• Resolve employee relations and performance issues

• Implement organizational development programs

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in HR management or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in HR with union experience

• Comprehensive understanding of HR legislation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proven capacity to exercise judgment and discretion
