Care Partners is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruitment efforts in a hybrid model. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for clinical and office roles.
You will draw on 2-4 years of recruitment experience to deliver effective staffing solutions while working within our collaborative HR team. Relationship building and a commitment to understanding staffing needs will be key aspects of your role, along with trackable results in sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen applicants proactively
• Promote open positions through various channels
• Conduct initial phone screenings and submit candidate info
• Organize and attend job fair events for recruitment
• Utilize ATS and other tools to track hiring progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems
• Ability to travel and pass a criminal background check
