We are searching for a motivated full-time Bilingual FC Recruitment and Resource Specialist to connect with the community regarding foster care.
Your role will include supporting applicants through administrative requirements, enhancing the intake experience, and assessing potential foster care providers. You will also be responsible for securing placements for youth in care while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate communities about foster care needs
• Guide applicants through the administrative process
• Improve strategies for retention during onboarding
• Conduct SAFE Homestudy assessments of applicants
• Identify and monitor placements for children in care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work preferred
• Knowledge of Child Welfare policies and practices
• High levels of customer service demonstrated
• Facilitation experience in group settings
• Required bilingual proficiency in French and English
