Become a pivotal part of Casino Rama Resort’s success as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management. This full-time position offers the chance to impact HR strategies directly.

As a strategic HR partner, you’ll work closely with management teams to navigate complex HR issues. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, your role will encompass recruitment facilitation and coaching managers in HR best practices, fostering a respectful and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires

• Coach leadership on HR policies and employee issues

• Lead health and safety initiatives in collaboration with Corporate OHS

• Manage workplace investigations to resolve conflicts

• Guide the HR team in implementing strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in HR management or business

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience

• Critical thinking and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Understanding of HR legislation in union settings
