Enhance student engagement and recruitment efforts at Georgian College as a Contract Seasonal Recruiter based in Barrie. This role focuses on delivering effective recruitment strategies and personal interactions.
Scheduled from August 24 to December 18, 2026, you will work with a dedicated team to attract and support students while attending events, including college fairs and open houses. Your responsibilities will include presenting financial aid options and providing essential information for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies for various demographics
• Conduct multimedia presentations and interactive workshops
• Represent Georgian at recruitment events and fairs
• Assist students with application processes and financial options
• Provide campus tours and admission information
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in marketing or business-oriented field
• Previous six-month experience in a related role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce CRM
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
