As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll lead recruitment processes, assist department leaders, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. You will support Casino management in applying HR practices, conduct workplace investigations, and promote employee engagement. This position is essential for fostering a high-performing culture and requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate recruitment through ATS and workforce planning

• Support Casino management with HR practices and policies

• Conduct thorough workplace investigations

• Coach managers on conflict resolution

• Implement employee engagement programs

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or HR management

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• CHRP designation is an asset
