Human Resources Partner - Onsite in Bradford

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Become the HR Business Partner at MiTek Canada in Bradford, where you will support HR functions in manufacturing settings. Focus on employee relations, compliance, and team development.

This on-site role requires presence four days a week at the Bradford head office. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and various HR initiatives across Canada. Work closely with management to tackle performance issues and contribute to a thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations matters effectively

• Recruit and onboard new employees for manufacturing facilities

• Guide and support managers in performance and conflict resolution

• Partner with HR teams to ensure effective program implementation

• Conduct Workday HRIS data entry and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing

• Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday

• Strong communication and facilitation capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
