As a senior HR leader, the Director of People Wellbeing will elevate RVH's commitment to supporting workers. This role focuses on wellbeing, health and safety, attendance, and payroll within the organization. Your expertise in unionized environments and data-informed decision-making is crucial for advancing RVH’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead integrated wellbeing and workforce sustainability strategy
• Build preventative health measures to support employee resilience
• Analyze data to improve stability and reduce workforce risk
• Ensure compliance in health-related processes and procedures
• Collaborate with leaders, unions, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ HR leadership experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of labour relations and wellbeing practices
• Proven ability to influence and coach teams across various environments
• Effective communication and change leadership skills
