In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits and will be involved in end-to-end compensation responsibilities for both Canada and the US. Your insights will help cultivate an equitable compensation structure that attracts and retains talented associates across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing compensation function analysis

• Document compensation procedures for regulatory compliance

• Perform job evaluations and maintain descriptions

• Offer data-driven advice on compensation matters

• Oversee execution of annual compensation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Five years in human resources

• Minimum three years in compensation roles

• Expertise in MS Excel and HRIS software

• Prioritize CCP designation or equivalent experience
