Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate jobs and assign salary grades

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience

• Minimum 3 years focused on compensation and benefits

• Strong knowledge of total rewards principles

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and presentation tools
