Take the lead as a Human Resources Manager focusing on manufacturing s strategic role emphasizes employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Baytech is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage all HR functions within a manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, developing effective HR policies, leading recruitment, and improving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR functions across the organization

• Serve as primary HR advisor to management

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and agreements

• Drive HR metrics for informed business decisions

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience

• Strong labour relations experience

• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation

• Experience in performance management and investigations

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
