Baytech is looking for an HR leader to drive all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, and labor relations within a unionized environment. You will partner closely with management to develop impactful people strategies while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and skilled in building relationships at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for various positions

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Lead investigations on employee relations matters

• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• CHRP designation is a strong asset

• Experience in unionized environments

• 7–10 years of HR experience

• Skills in conflict resolution and decision making

• Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
