Family Law Lawyer; GTA

Our Family Law client has a consistent and growing practice and are looking for a Lawyer with at least three years of experience working in Family Law to assist their clients. Offering an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience. Hybrid or mostly remote.

• Offices in Toronto & Mississauga
• Open to Lawyers in the GTA, Hamilton and Barrie
• Needs to be able to carry their own files
• Will have the support of a dedicated Law Clerk, or shared with another Lawyer
• Needs to have strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children's Law Reform Act
• Expected compensation range: $120,000 to $170,000 per year, based on experience
• This is a new position with the firm
