Overview
We are actively recruiting a Service Manager to lead our client’s Innisfil, Ontario operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, customer-focused professional who can drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and support continued service growth in the region.
Location: Innisfil, Ontario
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Total Rewards & Benefits- Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 per year + annual bonus opportunity

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Manage scheduling, safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Coach and develop Service Technicians, Coordinators, Writers, and Lead Hands
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Monitor department KPIs and report key variances to management
- Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, safety, and improvements
- Identify skill gaps and implement effective training and development plans
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management initiatives
- Assist with technical work in the shop or field as needed
- Resolve customer issues and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct customer visits to support account retention and new business growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Accounting teams for seamless operations
- Provide strategic recommendations for service growth and execution
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance, and safety standards
- 3+ years as a Service Manager (Heavy, Industrial, or Agricultural Equipment)
- Technical College Certificate or Degree (preferred, not mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong mechanical expertise with equipment repair processes
- Solid knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
