The Ministry of Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Contract Supervisor to support the safe and reliable delivery of provincial highway maintenance services across Ontario.
In this role, you will guide complex multi-year maintenance contracts, support ministry teams responsible for contract oversight, and help ensure that highway services meet quality, safety and operational standards. Your work will contribute directly to the safety, accessibility and efficiency of Ontario's transportation network and support the millions of people who travel across the province every day.

- Lead the delivery and oversight of highway maintenance services to ensure safety, quality and contract compliance.
- Manage complex multi-year maintenance contracts, resolve issues, support inspections and guide contract administration.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies, weather events and critical incidents and provide timely updates to ministry leadership.
- Review contractor plans, performance and claims, recommend actions and support payment approvals and financial consequences when required.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, communities, agencies and other partners to support safe transportation operations.
- Manage and support ministry staff, set clear expectations, promote an inclusive team environment and contribute to operational and resource planning.
