Experienced Bridge Construction Manager for Major Infrastructure Projects

Lead large transportation infrastructure projects as a Bridge Construction Manager. You'll direct project teams, ensure quality management, and engage in effective client relations throughout British Columbia.
In this role, you'll oversee a diverse team of 5-20 professionals on projects ranging from $1M to $150M. Your expertise in civil infrastructure and quality assurance ensures that project objectives are met. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage contracts, and maintain existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery teams for successful outcomes
• Provide guidance on contract administration and quality assurance
• Review client service requests and develop detailed work plans
• Support preparation of responses for proposals and qualifications
• Monitor costs and inform managers about budget changes
Requirements:
• 7+ years in bridge construction supervision
• 5+ years in structures construction management
• Experience in multi-year highway structures projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License for travel requirements
