As the Agronomy and Feed Division Manager, you will lead both the Agronomy and Feed divisions, guiding managers and sales teams to excel. Your responsibilities include overseeing assets, managing inventory, financial performance, and market development initiatives. This role is essential for boosting profitability while supporting producers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to Agronomy Branch and Feed Division teams

• Oversee agronomy and feed asset management and maintenance

• Prepare annual business plans with sales and margin targets

• Develop new business opportunities within the agricultural market

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety for all operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or related field

• 2-4 years of leadership or management experience

• 3-5 years in agriculture retail or operations management

• Strong understanding of fleet and equipment maintenance

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications including Excel
