Experienced Project Manager

Position: Experienced Project Manager at Napoleon
Drive projects to success with Napoleon as an Experienced Project Manager, focusing on high-complexity product launches. This hybrid opportunity is based in Barrie and requires strong leadership skills.

In this essential role, you'll manage projects valued from $5 million to $150 million through the entire lifecycle. Collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, your focus will be on executing projects that meet quality and scope requirements. You will serve as a key liaison, aligning stakeholders and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project execution, budgeting, and scheduling

• Chair meetings for cross-functional team alignment

• Support product launch readiness evaluations

• Coordinate risk management and enhance operational efficiency

• Report on project progress and challenges to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; master’s or diploma preferred

• Seven years of relevant work experience

• Five years’ experience in project/program management

• Project Management certification preferred

• Expertise in manufacturing processes advantageous
