Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all environmental service operations in the retirement home

• Lead, train, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff

• Develop and monitor departmental budgets

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the entire facility

• Oversee the fire safety program and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in relevant environmental services field

• Two years of management experience in related environments

• Completed Fire Safety planning training

• Strong communication skills for team leadership

• Ability to adapt and solve issues rapidly
