As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage daily operations for Lystek’s OMRC, ensuring health and safety standards are met while driving team performance. Your key responsibilities will include material management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with quality practices in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for inbound and outbound materials

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements

• Lead daily operations and operator supervision

• Oversee maintenance and operate OMRC systems

• Liaise with contractors to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma; post-secondary preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in heavy equipment operations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid full G class driver’s license
