As the Training Manager, you'll oversee employee development and enhance performance within a thriving franchise network. The role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for training, ensuring everyone from new hires to management receives top-notch education. Your strategic vision will support operational excellence and brand integrity throughout Stacked's locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company goals
• Create learning programs for all employee levels and roles
• Maintain consistent brand-wide training standards across locations
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new employees
• Implement leadership training programs for future management
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in training & development in restaurants
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience designing multi-unit training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Willingness to travel to various locations
