Position: Experienced Superintendent for Site Management
Lead day-to-day operations as a Superintendent overseeing job sites. Coordinate subcontractors and teams while ensuring safety compliance and efficient planning.

Reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Superintendent plays a crucial role in managing operations at assigned sites. With a focus on compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards, you will supervise teams and manage technical challenges effectively. Your collaboration with the Project Manager ensures project success through proactive communication and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure comprehensive planning for job site activities

• Supervise work teams and resolve onsite technical issues

• Manage material, equipment, and labor requirements

• Update and maintain project schedules accurately

• Monitor labor hours and submit payroll reports

Requirements:

• DVS in construction or related field required

• At least 10 years as a Superintendent in relevant projects

• Experience with large-scale projects (over $10M)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiar with safety and prevention standards
