Position: Facilities Project Manager for County
Location: Midhurst

Lead maintenance initiatives as the Facilities Project Manager for the County, providing technical support across various sites and non-profit housing providers. Collaborate with the Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to enhance operations through effective project management.

As Facilities Project Manager, you will guide the implementation of capital plans and maintenance programs.

Your role involves preparing tender documents, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also supervise junior staff while advising housing providers to enhance their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design maintenance systems for County facilities and housing providers

• Prepare tender documents and project estimates

• Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures

• Conduct building condition assessments and report findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

• Minimum of two years in technical roles

• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Criminal reference check and valid driver’s license
