Overview

The Pepsi Equipment Supervisor (PES) contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by leading the marketing equipment (coolers, vendors, and fountain) placement and maintenance of equipment for a territory. This person is responsible for the supervision of front-line employees; they must lead coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership and support to Frontline Team with the goal of Driving Service Excellence by improving Customer Service KPI's, Productivity, Process, and Cost.

Ensure the Pepsi Co equipment assets (coolers, vendors, and fountain) are maintained in a clean and organized manner

Coach Pepsi Co technicians to drive growth in their capabilities and towards further professional goals

Route ride with Pepsi equipment service technicians to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills

Minimize equipment downtime

Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PBC policies

Ensure the Pepsi Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Supervisory experience, preferred

Experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, or vending, is a strong asset

Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required

Ability to accommodate frequent travel requirements

Demonstrated computer proficiency:
Microsoft Suite
