Supervisor - Parks and Community Operations

The Town of Innisfil is seeking a collaborative leader to manage operational services and improve community spaces. You will supervise a dedicated team, prioritize health and safety compliance, and ensure resources are effectively managed across various service areas. Your proactive approach will contribute to the town's vision of a community-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster leadership through coaching and team initiatives

• Coordinate team activities, ensuring resources are available

• Supervise staff training, development, and performance management

• Ensure health and safety compliance in all tasks

• Respond to emergencies and assist with crisis management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• 5 years’ experience in municipal operations

• 3 years in a supervisory position preferred

• Valid Ontario driver’s license; DZ is preferred

• Certification in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS needed
