We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Economic Development with 7 to 10 years of senior experience. In this role, you will implement business attraction strategies, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen ties with various stakeholders. Your passion and strategic vision will contribute to the realization of Innovative Innisfil 2030 and ensure the town's values remain at the forefront of development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own business attraction, expansion, and retention programs

• Develop and implement strategic marketing to promote the Town

• Create partnerships with government and financial institutions

• Collaborate with industry leaders for long-term economic strategies

• Monitor operating and capital budgets for effective management

Requirements:

• Degree in Economic Development or related field

• 7-10 years of supervisory and economic development experience

• Valid Class G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Availability for evening or weekend events

• Preferred EDAC designation or similar credentials
