Step into a Shift Supervisor role to ensure outstanding customer service and manage day-to-day operations smoothly. Your leadership will contribute to both employee satisfaction and a safe work environment.
In this supervisory position, you will oversee employee activities and coordinate breaks while keeping management updated on key issues. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of supervisory experience complemented by a strong background in food service and cash handling. Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and manage day-to-day employee performance
• Transfer supplies and equipment efficiently
• Model adherence to company policies and standards
• Coach and mentor employees as necessary
• Participate in monthly inventory and product ordering
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience
• Cash handling and food service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• First Aid and Food Safety Certificate is a plus
