In this crucial role, you'll oversee the Counselling team, ensuring compliance and quality in our services. Your hands-on approach will involve managing counselling sessions while guiding and developing team members through mentorship and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently conduct counselling sessions with clients
• Coordinate team workloads; monitor performance progress
• Lead adherence to industry standards and practices
• Address complex client issues with strong expertise
• Set clear performance and operational expectations
Requirements:
• Registered BIA Insolvency Counsellor designation is required
• At least five years of relevant insolvency experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings
• Excellent English language proficiency for client interactions
