As a Training Supervisor, you will supervise and innovate training operations within a manufacturing setting. Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees meet compliance and skill requirements necessary for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training programs in health and safety and technical skills

• Monitor training effectiveness to improve learning outcomes

• Standardize training documentation and compliance records

• Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps effectively

• Supervise onboarding and training progress for employees

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in training or technical instruction

• Post-secondary education related to training

• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities

• Strong presentation and communication aptitude

• Familiarity with quality systems and technical knowledge
