As the Manager of Nursing Practice, you will spearhead quality audits, manage clinical initiatives, and ensure optimal client service delivery. Your duties will include direct client interactions, addressing any concerns, and guiding field staff through training and mentorship. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support care coordination and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical audits and continuous improvement
• Ensure client-centered assessments and care planning
• Address concerns from clients and staff members
• Recruit and mentor high-performing nursing teams
• Manage service delivery and communication with funders
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited program
• Valid provincial nursing registration
• 5+ years of leadership in a nursing context
• Strong HR policy understanding
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
