Become a vital part of Stacked, one of Canada’s leading breakfast restaurant brands. As the Manager of Employee Training, you will develop and implement training strategies that foster a culture of excellence and operational improvement.
In this crucial management role, you'll create training materials and lead initiatives that enhance employee capabilities at all levels within the company. Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to ensure comprehensive training, focusing on guest experience and brand standards. Your leadership will help build a strong management pipeline for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of training strategies that align with company goals
• Design programs for new hires, managers, and leadership teams
• Establish training standards to ensure consistency
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
• Focus on guest experience through targeted training initiatives
Requirements:
• 2+ years in training & development, ideally in restaurants
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in multi-unit training design
• Knowledge of training technologies
• Flexibility to travel between locations
