Lead your team at The Grounds Guys Barrie as a Landscape Construction Team Lead. Oversee operations, support hands-on installation, and mentor your crew in this pivotal role.
The Grounds Guys Barrie is looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide a team of up to four individuals. You'll perform practical landscape construction tasks including installing fences and retaining walls, while also managing daily site operations and client interactions. Completing detailed reports via our app will be a key part of your job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate a team of up to four workers
• Operate mini-excavator, loader, and other equipment proficiently
• Carry out landscape construction activities hands-on
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve their concerns
• Document daily activities and job reports comprehensively
Requirements:
• At least five years of landscape construction experience
• Proven supervisory or leadership background
• Must have own transportation to the shop
• Valid G license with no driving infractions
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and adapt to varying weather
