Position: Team Lead for Operations Management
As an Operations Team Lead, supervise daily operations and strategically manage Data Collection driving teams. Cultivate professional development and improve service delivery.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will oversee field surveyors and support their growth through effective coaching.

Your role will involve conducting performance reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing SME insights on regional challenges. Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize resource planning and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of Data Collection driving resources

• Conduct periodic performance reviews and coaching sessions

• Facilitate team meetings to disseminate important information

• Collaborate on logistics and resource management

• Analyze operational data and improve performance metrics

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven track record in people management

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and analyze data

• Willingness to travel as required
