In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of a community economic development plan while fostering business attraction and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives for business attraction and retention

• Implement marketing strategies to position the Town effectively

• Collaborate with businesses and government agencies

• Create and execute community economic development plans

• Manage budgets effectively to support economic initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree in Economic Development or Business

• 7-10 years of significant economic development experience

• Current Class G driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle

• Willingness to attend evening or weekend meetings

• Preferred membership in EDAC or equivalent body
