In this pivotal role, you will manage a small team responsible for HR, administration, IT, and purchasing. Your focus will be on improving processes and establishing structure to support Black Controls’ growth trajectory. Create effective work distribution practices to ensure team productivity without overloading individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct recruitment coordination and employee integration
• Enhance performance review systems and employee engagement
• Support administration and IT coordination
• Identify process gaps and enhance internal procedures
• Manage purchasing alignment with project timelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR, administration, or operations
• Educational background in HR or Business Administration
• Strong communication and delegation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Familiarity with HR best practices and Microsoft Office
