As a Training Supervisor at RTX, you will lead training delivery while supervising a talented team within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position emphasizes your skills in coordinating training programs and improving operational effectiveness. Engage closely with multiple departments to ensure all training initiatives align with industry standards and workforce competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee diverse training programs across technical skills

• Evaluate and enhance training workflows for consistency

• Develop and update training materials to keep content current

• Supervise onboarding activities and schedule training sessions

• Track employee training progress and maintain compliance records

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• 3–5 years of manufacturing training experience

• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience

• Proficient in learning management systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
