RVA is seeking a Project Manager for its Land Development team based in Barrie. This full-time role involves leading land development initiatives and managing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. You'll be pivotal in nurturing client relationships and facilitating project collaboration across different RVA locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee land development project workflows

• Cultivate client relationships to drive new business

• Ensure projects meet quality and budget standards

• Prepare engineering proposals and project documentation

• Coach and develop project team members for success

Requirements:

• Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license in Ontario

• 10+ years in Land Development, including consultancy experience

• Proficient in building effective interpersonal client relations

• Strong skills in project documentation and report writing

• Knowledge of applicable design and construction standards
