Drive WOW’s operational success in a hybrid Regional Manager position with Smartway. This role entails strategic oversight of locations through effective mentoring and comprehensive evaluations.
As a Regional Manager, you will ensure all aspects of WOW locations are managed effectively, including safety culture and operational alignment. This position demands 75% travel and utilizes your expertise in fleet management and problem-solving to enhance operational methodologies, providing support to location management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational strategy development with COO
• Communicate and follow up on improvement needs
• Evaluate site operations during travel visits
• Provide mentorship for management at WOW locations
• Conduct acquisition operational diligence
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 10 years of operational management experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Valid driver's license
