Become a Compliance Supervisor with Inn Services, ensuring regulatory excellence in water and wastewater services. This hybrid role demands oversight of compliance activities and team management for safe and reliable service delivery.

As a Compliance Supervisor, you will guide a team of unionized Risk & Compliance Specialists, ensuring adherence to Ontario legislation such as the Safe Drinking Water Act and Environmental Protection Act. You will lead quality management initiatives, implementing the Drinking Water Quality Management System and improving compliance protocols. Engaging with staff, you’ll promote a positive workplace culture while driving regulatory compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to Risk & Compliance Specialists

• Ensure compliance with MDWLs, DWWPs, and MECP regulations

• Lead quality management and internal audits

• Train staff on regulatory expectations and compliance

• Analyze water quality data and compliance reports

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Environmental Science or related field

• 3-5 years in municipal water/wastewater operations

• Experience in unionized environments preferred

• Knowledge of SDWA, OWRA, EPA legislations

• Valid Class G driver’s license
