Position: Regional Manager for Parkbridge Communities
Location: Innisfil

Lead operations as a Regional Manager at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities, overseeing multiple residential communities in Ontario. Drive financial performance while enhancing resident experiences in this key leadership role.

As a Regional Manager, you will directly contribute to the operational and financial success of Parkbridge's residential communities spanning Niagara, Hamilton, Goderich, and Sarnia regions. This position requires strong leadership skills to develop and guide a team of Community Managers and on-site professionals. Your keen financial acumen will assist in budget management, capital planning, and upholding Parkbridge's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct staffing and recruit high-performing community team members

• Approve community budgets and oversee asset management

• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets

• Foster resident relationships through effective communication

• Support Community Managers in engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property operations management

• Strong financial management skills and multi-site leadership experience

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

• Proficiency in property management systems;
Yardi preferred

• Willingness to travel within assigned regions
