Operational Lead Regional Manager Role

Take charge of residential communities as a Regional Manager with Parkbridge. Influence team performance and elevate resident experiences with strategic operational oversight in Ontario's key regions.

As the Regional Manager at Parkbridge, you will manage the operational, financial, and resident engagement performance for various communities in Niagara, Hamilton, Goderich, and Sarnia. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will direct a team of Community Managers and ensure exceptional service delivery and effective asset management across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets for community portfolios

• Oversee community inspections and maintain service standards

• Promote safety and compliance across all community operations

• Foster positive relationships with residents and community staff

• Recruit and mentor high-performing teams for success

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate operations or hospitality

• History of effective financial oversight in multi-site environments

• Strong relational and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage diverse teams

• Post-secondary education in a related field
